Regina Webster & Associates, in association with Knight Infrastructure, provided traffic engineering services to contribute to preparation of a Categorical Exclusion-Group II Project Report for the intersection of US 12 at Kensington Road and IL Route 83 in Cook County.

Service scope consisted of traffic data collection at over 13 intersections, machine counts at 15 locations, Origin Destination Surveys and an Accident Analysis. A test aerial Origin-Destination survey was made by videotaping the project area via helicopter.
