Regina Webster & Associates has expanded! RWA welcomes 1 addition to our engineering staff --James Sturrock, P.E., Senior Civil Engineer. Mr. Sturrock is currently serving as Senior Transportation Engineer for the Illinois State Toll Highway Open Road Tolling reconstruction project for Plaza 37 and Plaza 51 and as Project Manager for the Chicago Transit Authority Red Line Wilson Station reconstruction traffic study.
